Spongebob

Plain and simple I love spongebob square pants! I do have a four year, and I do watch the show with my son. But I could seriously watch this show by myself and I do. The only thing that would make it better would be getting high and watching it. which i can't because I am a father but hey we can dream. Now the cooliest thing is that how the creater of spongebob based patrick and spongebob off of two stoner friends he had in college. Which makes me wonder after everytime I watch it i wonder what of these episodes actually have truth in it. I love spongebob!

College 2

I always imagined that college would be nothing but one big party, I was wrong! I grew up watching movies like animal house, not that was what I was looking forward too. I wanted to just drink and go ape sh*t! I mean what happen to the good old days? Kids now adays, have no idea how to have fun anymore, all they want to drink. Now get me wrong drinking is a big part of it but you get drunk and do things like steal a horse and put it in the deans office. This kids have now no creative side to them, this is what makes college kind of a bummer for me.

College

All my life I've always been told that I need to go to college and make something of myself. Well I never did go to college right away, instead I joined the military. But now that I'm out of the military I figured I'd give the whole college thing a try. I thought it would be alot easier than what it is, its not. Yet when I get out of the military we still have this recession going on. Now after I get into college I find out that people whole have all thses fancy degrees, well don't mean a thing. College grads can't find work, but people who have job training classes etc. These are the peopel who are getting jobs. I feel like I should be kicking myself in the ass for this but yet I know matter what I still want to that college degree. Becasue one day this recession wont be around any longer and that piece of paper will mean something again.

Why can't I be rich?

I've been thinking to myself on why I can't be rich? You have all these people who have more money then the could ever spend. Yet there are normal people like me and you who most likely will never be able to have these millions. I just don't understand how all these "no" talent people you see on MTV who can be rich but than someone like me who has work his hands to the bones and I get paid table scaps. I really think its a never ending battle of everyone trying to have this life of riches, but will never happen. Unless you're willing to be something you're not and doing things that don't make since but will some how make you millions. I don't get it anymore?

Police Academy

This January I am going to be attending the Police Academy. I figure this is a good time to go through the course. Alot of police departments will be hiring next summer time frame. So going from January to April will make it perfect timing. Normally how you go through the Police Academy is that a police department first will hire you. Than they fork over the money to put you through the course. Which takes time, so the time until you're waiting to go to the academy is just wasted time. Which going through that process is the hard way to get hired, becasue they normally won't hire like that. Instead I'm putting my self throught the Police Academy. Once you graduate you are a certified police oficer. That way when you go apply for a ploice job at some kind of department, you'll have a very high chance of getting hired. You're already certified, and the police department who is hiring you doesn't have to fork over the money to put you through. They also can put you right on the road to serve and prctect.

Life in the Army

Well its Soulja Boi, and this is my first blog. My real name is Matt, I currently just got out of the army. When I say I just got out, yesterday was my last day out of the army. It's still kind of hitting me, the fact that I'm a civilian again. It's also crazy in a way that I just spent the last five years of my life in the United States Army! Two which were spent in Iraq, Its amazing looking back how the military has changed my life so much! I'm going to try to explain in this blog what it was like in this military life. I just know how people have all these different perception of what the military and military life is like. So sit back and relax while I try to explain this to you.

Imagine your way of life is surrounded by this big sucure bubble so to speak. You and or your family have everything they could need to survive in this world/econamy. You have free health care, a steady paycheck, a free house to live in etc. All the necessity you could ever need! Sounds pretty good, right? Well not so much, all these things come with a sacrafice or price. You hardly get to spend time with your family, or any free time for that matter. That's becasue you're always gone training, like shooting your gun, or out in the woods as I call it "Playing Army". Or even worse, being deployed to some type of Combat Zone, like Iraq or Afghanistan. It's hard being a family man in the military.

No granted, it's not all bad. I've became a better person from everything i've been tought in the Army. It is truely a great experiance but like I said earlier it comes with alot of sacifices not just by you but your family too. There is more I would like to get into with but I wont at this time. I'll have plenty more blogs(continuations) of this one in the future.

Enjoy the Video!

The Office(That's what she said)

The Office is such an epic show! The comedy is pure genius, in my eyes. Not everyone can watch it and understand the dry humor of The Office. The man that brings this epic comedy on the show together is Michael Scott. He is the district manager of Dander Mifflin Paper Company. This man is not your average boss, if you watch the show you would wonder why this guy hasn't been fired yet. One of the many reasons why he's not your average boss is the stuff he says in the work environment. I know the saying "that's what she said" has been around. But Michael Scott has taken it to a whole new level. He uses the saying for everything, even when it’s suppose to be a serious moment he finds a way to slip it in. It's almost to the point where he says it like clockwork. Watch this video and you'll see why.
